Introduction
The Shinko Way embodies the philosophy of the Shinko Group, our reason for existence, values and
the principles that we follow in our daily activities.

The Shinko Way was modeled after the Fujitsu Way. It consists of a particular philosophy used by the
Shinko Group and a common philosophy of the Fujitsu Group that we all belong to.
